How much does it cost to join the Hamptons Wine Club?
Members of the Hamptons Wine Club receive between one and four bottles of wine each month year-round. Cost for these selections varies between $30 and $100 plus applicable tax and shipping. New members who join between shipments will receive the next selection and continue with the following months. All selections will be automatically charged within one week prior to shipment. Notification will be sent when the packages are shipped. No Exchanges allowed.

Can I give the Club as a gift?
Absolutely. You can either order club membership for a fixed number of months or on an ongoing basis. We will notify the recipient of your gift before the first shipment. Of course, all recipients must be over the age of 21.

Who can join the Club?
Anyone over the age of 21 who lives in one of the 40 states where wine shipments are allowed can join. Shipments need to be signed for by someone over the age of 21, so please ship to an address where that will be possible. Wine cannot be shipped to a post office box.

Can the wine be shipped to every state?

No. We cannot ship wine to the following states:
New Hampshire
North Dakota

Do you offer corporate discounts?
Yes, the club makes an excellent corporate gift. We are happy to work on special pricing for our corporate friends. Please contact customer service and we will work with you on an individual basis.

How will I know when I have been charged?
We will bill the credit card we have on file for your account one week prior to shipment. In general we try to ship the third week of each month. For example, if the next selection is due to be shipped on February 21st then we will bill your credit card approximately between February 14th and the 20th.

What if I do not like the wine(s) selected for me?
Our Winemakers attempt to hand select a variety of wines that will have an appeal to most members. Due to inventory and varied wine prices, we are unable to substitute bottles. May we suggest that you at least give the Winemaker’s selections a try? You may be pleasantly surprised!

Can I send someone in to pick up wine or gifts for me?
No, wine can only be shipped.

How can I make changes to my wine club account?
If you need to update your account with new information such as, new address, new phone number(s), new credit card number or expiration date, club subscription, ship or will call, you may contact us by phone 844-2LI-WINE (844-254-9463 toll-free), by mail, or by emailing the wine club at

What happens if my wine club shipment is sent back to the Club?
We ship FedEx Ground with an estimate of 5-7 business days for delivery. We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box APO/FPO, and an adult signature is required at the time of delivery. If you are away from home during the day we strongly suggest you provide a business address for shipments. Address changes MUST be received by us prior to shipping. If you are unable to sign for your wine package on any of the 3 delivery attempts, FedEx will return your package to the Club. You have the option to have your package held for pick up or reshipped for an additional shipping fee.

What happens if one or more of my bottles in my shipment arrives broken or is leaking?
FedEx usually catches any broken contents before it is sent to the receiver, however, if you do receive broken or leaking bottles in your shipment, please notify us and we will assist you accordingly.

Can I put my membership on hold?
We understand that things come up and that you may need to temporarily suspend your membership. Just contact us and let us know when to cancel and restart shipments.

How long does my wine club membership last?
Your wine club membership lasts for as long as you wish it to continue. There is no annual fee. You may stop your membership any time.
